Dr. Rutul Patel is a surgical oncologist with an impressive academic and professional journey. He earned his Masters in Surgery from V.S. Hospital, securing the 2nd rank in the university. Post MS he spent 3 years honing his surgical skills with rotation to various subspeciality Cancer Surgeries including, Head and Neck, Breast, Thoracic, Gastrointestinal, Gynecological, Pediatric and Orthopedic. Dr. Patel further gained M.Ch. in Surgical Oncology at the prestigious Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute (GCRI), securing FIRST RANK and GOLD MEDAL. Dr. Patel is very keen in academics participating in CME programs and Tumor Board Meetings. He has over 10 years of rich experience in high-volume Cancer Hospitals. He is one of the few in India having experience in Robotic Cancer Surgery. He has also completed specialized training in Minimally Invasive GI Cancer Surgery at Tata Memorial Hospital and Esophageal Cancer Surgery at Calicut Medical College.
